I can’t believe how quickly Christmas is approaching. I am so excited to celebrate this season with my family and loved ones, enjoying family time and delicious food. It is a special time of year for our family which include celebrating anniversaries and the first Christmas with our first grandchild. It is truly a blessed time for us.
Rachel and I having been planning our Christmas dinner which will include southern fried chicken and homemade pies. Dave is ecstatic! Bekah is in charge of Christmas morning breakfast which will no doubt consist of her holiday favorite of Supper Club Potatoes, eggs and spiral sliced ham. Along with creating new traditions I fondly look back at childhood memories of Christmases past. They including yummy homemade candies and chocolate treats. My family also enjoys this special tradition and so I thought I would share some of our favorites with you all. They include Peppermint Bark , Homemade Caramels, Oreo Balls, Brittle , Pistachio Bark (Paleo Recipe), Energy Bites and our new recipe of Peanut Butter, Pretzel and Chocolate Balls.

Peanut Butter, Pretzel and Chocolate Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup + 1 Tbs. Confectioners Sugar
- 1 Tbs. Unsalted Butter (at room temperature)
- 1 cup GF Pretzels (crushed)
- 5oz Milk Chocolate Chips (Melted)
Directions

| Stir together peanut butter, sugar and butter. Stir in crushed GF Pretzels. Form into 1-inch balls. Freeze for 30 minutes. Dip in melted chocolate. Refrigerate until set. | |
