Earlier this month Dave, Bekah and I hopped in the truck and drove to the Glutenology Expo in Houston. Part of the fun of attending such expo is gathering all the samples of new-to-you foods and treats from vendors. My husband Dave, bought these delicious gems from the Green Plate Kitchen booth. They were fabulous! I loved the chocolate and cherry combination. They were moist and delicious with a nice, chewy texture. I appreciate that they are made with simple, wholesome ingredients.
